October is Fire Prevention Month, and the Chestertown Volunteer Fire Company is proud to continue our commitment to educating our community about fire and life safety.

Today, our members were joined by Hank Starkey of State Farm Insurance in Chestertown as we prepare to share this year’s Fire Prevention Week message, “Charge Into Fire Safety.”

We would like to sincerely thank Hank and State Farm for their continued support of our fire prevention efforts. Year after year, Hank has generously supported the programs and educational opportunities we provide to our community, helping us reach children, families, and community members of all ages.

Fire prevention and public education are an important part of what we do, and the support of community partners like Hank helps us continue those efforts throughout the year.
